Order processing
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Delivery times
Estimated delivery after processing: United States, 7–15 business days; Canada, 9–18 business days; other regions where available, 10–20 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs (if any) are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
Shipping destinations
We currently ship to the United States, United kingdom, Australia and Canada. If your country isn't available at checkout, we may not currently ship there.
Customs, duties & taxes (international orders)
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow a few days for tracking to become active. If you haven't received tracking within 7 business days of ordering, contact support@auragenix.store
Lost or stuck shipments
If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or shows "delivered" but you haven't received it, contact us and we'll open an investigation with the carrier and make it right.
Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren't responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping may apply).
